As your items may be dispatched from different depots, they may arrive seperately. When your order is delivered, Royal Mail may ask that the delivery is signed for to acknowledge receipt.
Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands may have an additional 48 hours on top of the selected delivery option.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on time, we cannot guarantee this or accept liability for deliveries made outside the timescale. Timescales may be affected during busy periods such as Christmas.
All items are subject to stock availability.
What will my parcel look like?
Your beautiful Bouji purchase will be discreetly packaged in a plain box or bag. Items may be dispatched from different depots and therefore may arrive in separate packages.
Undelivered or Lost Parcels
If you do not take delivery of your items from Royal Mail, they may ask you to collect from their depot where they will be kept in line with Royal Mail timescales before being returned to sender.
You must notify us if your order is not received within 10 days. We will investigate your claim and if we are satisfied that you not recieving your order is attributable to us we will issue a full refund.
Items returned to sender do not automatically trigger a refund and may be outside our returns policy timeframe if and when they are returned. If your order is returned to us by Royal Mail, you may not be entitled to a refund. If we decide that a refund is applicable or you request that your order be dispatched again you will be liable for all delivery costs that relate to the order.
Please note that we do not accept responsibility for parcels not collected as instructed by Royal Mail or for parcels signed for by a third party. We may refuse to make future deliveries to addresses that are considered to be insecure.
Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations and Refunds
*Eligible returns to Bouji are free of charge. There are however several items which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty. These are;
- Swimwear – unless tags are in place and packaging / hygiene strips remain intact
- Underwear / lingerie - unless tags are in place and packaging / hygiene strips remain intact
- Hosiery - unless tags are in place and packaging remains intact
- Bath & Body products once opened
Please ensure that items are returned within 28 days of purchase, unworn, with the original delivery note, tags and packaging undamaged and intact. We will endeavor to process your return within 14 days. This may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas or sales. Delivery charges will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty. However, if you have requested replacements then you will not be charged again for shipping.
How do I return my items?
1. Simply print and fill out our quick and easy returns form by clicking here and post back to us with your returns within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
2. Print and attach the Collect+ returns label (which can be downloaded here) to your parcel. Drop off your returns at one of these local Collect+ store locations
Ensure to keep your receipt to track your return online. We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item. This will not affect your statutory rights.
Your Right To Cancel Your Order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations.
You also have the right to cancel your order under these regulations. However, this cancellation right does not apply to personalised products which have been opened and goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if they are unsealed after delivery. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the goods are received by you or by a third party nominated by you to receive the goods. If your order is for multiple goods for separate delivery, the cancellation period will end 14 days after receipt of the last item. You must clearly communicate your decision to cancel to us before the end of the cancellation period, for example by using the returns form which can be found in the link below. If you cancel, we will reimburse any payment received, including the standard delivery charge, by the original means of payment. Where the goods have not been delivered, the reimbursement will be made within 14 days of the cancellation. Where the goods have been delivered, the reimbursement will be made within 14 days of us receiving the goods back or us receiving evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You are responsible for returning the goods to us if you cancel under these Regulations. If you use our courier to return the goods, you will be responsible for the cost of the return. In such cases, we will deduct the delivery charge from your refund so that you do not have to make a further payment of the collection charge. Additionally, we may make a deduction for any loss in value of the goods arising from any unnecessary handling by you.
